![]() To see your 'Wildcat' email address, log in below, then click Personal Information link/tab and click View Email Address(es). Your "Banner User ID" is on your FVSU ID Card -or- click the "Retrieve ID" button below to get it. Also, put the following statement - Please Reset Pin - in the Subject line. Please be sure to include your name, student ID# and date of birth with your request. If you get the 'Account Disabled' message, contact the Registrar's Office at to have your PIN manually reset. Then, if you forget your PIN, just enter your ID, click "Forgot PIN?" and correctly answer the security question to reset your own PIN. Note: To ensure that you will be able to reset your own PIN if you forget it, enter a security question and answer on the Change Security Question page under the Personal Information link, and keep both question and answer private. ![]()
